The name came to me at 3am.Most conversations between men start the same:“you alright, mate?”
“yeah…you?”But we don’t always think to follow up with:“are you though?”'yeah…you?' is a campaign by arcade, a mental health coaching consultancy, created to spark real conversations about men’s mental health. Inspired by lived experience, and driven to help more men speak up.
Every piece is designed to get people talking about men’s mental health, about checking in, and about answering honestly when someone asks, “you alright, mate?” or making sure we follow up with
